Can I start before the brief is ready?
Yes. A sentence about what feels stuck is enough. Sketch can give the project a first map on your own. Discovery is where we turn the rough version into a useful first scope.
What is Sketch?
A first roadmap from six questions: phases, day one, risks, and an honest range. You keep it whether or not you write to the studio. It is not a quote.
What will the work cost?
Discovery and Sketch are free. A Build Day is $500. Rescue starts with an audit from $750, with hardening from $2,500. A Launch site is from $3,500 and a Product Sprint from $8,000, each fixed in writing after Discovery. Care is $300 a month. A Build Day is credited toward any larger build signed within 30 days.
What is Care?
Hosting, maintenance, post-launch support, and up to 10 hours of net-new development each month. Hours may increase or decrease with the ask; scope, hours, and any price change are agreed in writing before work begins. Billed at $300 a month, separate from the initial build. Cancel any time.
What is Rescue?
For apps built on Lovable, Bolt or Replit that real people are about to use, or already do. The audit, from $750, reviews data rules, keys in the client, sign-in, deploy and backups, and gives you a ranked written report. Hardening, from $2,500, fixes the findings you agree to and hands the work over with notes on what was verified and what risk remains. You can stop after the audit.
What do I own when we are done?
Everything. You own the code and accounts from day one, you get 30 days of fixes after launch, and a handoff document means anyone can maintain it.
Who will I actually work with?
Brian Martori leads the work in Nashville from the first call through release. Specialists join when the build needs them, but the lead does not change halfway through.
