Four named product companions are here: Dove, Heron, Mira, and Wren. Each is bound to one hard-season product. Lark is the studio’s on-page guide and works inside Thermal. Ledger, Datum, Cut, and Notera carry no companion name.

Companions and studio tools run on Claude through Netlify’s AI Gateway. The model supplies language and reasoning. The brand playbook, memory rules, and safety rails decide what it is allowed to say.

What it will not do. It does not invent the product, the brand, or the emotional contract. Those stay written by the studio.

AI can help in a hard season. It should never pretend to be a person, harvest a private story, or keep someone past the point of help. Four safeguards shape what the model can receive, remember, and return. Privacy and the brand books name what we store and what we will not do.
